Terms of use
These terms apply when you buy the link on onepound.link. The site is run by The One Pound Link (see "Who runs this site" below). Contact: ada096387@googlemail.com.
What you are buying
You are paying to have a link of your choice shown as the single link on this page. The minimum payment is £1, in whole pounds. Each pound guarantees one minute during which nobody else can buy the link, up to a maximum of 60 minutes. Paying more than £60 does not extend the guarantee. After your guarantee ends, the link can be bought by anyone, at which point it is replaced immediately.
You are not buying ownership of the site, the domain, advertising space for any fixed period beyond your guarantee, or any number of clicks or visitors.
Cancellation and refunds
Your link goes live as soon as your payment succeeds. By ticking the box before paying, you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once your link is live.
We do not give refunds when you are replaced after your guarantee ends. If your payment arrives after someone else has already taken the link, your link does not go live and we refund you in full automatically. If we remove your link during your guarantee for a reason that is not your fault, contact us and we will refund you in full.
What your link may point to
Your link must be legal in the United Kingdom and must not point to or contain: malware, phishing or scams; sexual content; content that is hateful, harassing or threatening; content that infringes someone else's rights; or anything that impersonates another person or organisation. The words you choose for your link and your display name are subject to the same rules.
We check links against Google's list of unsafe sites before and after they go live. We may remove any link that breaks these rules, at any time and without a refund, and we may refuse future purchases from anyone who breaks them.
Reporting a link
Anyone can report the live link using the "Report this link" button. We review reports and remove links that break these rules.
Our responsibility to you
We are not responsible for the content of sites that links point to. The service is provided for fun, as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available. If something goes wrong on our side during your guarantee, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
General
We may update these terms. The version shown when you pay applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
